How is the rental yield estimate calculated?

Our AI estimates the gross annual rental yield based on its knowledge of typical rents for that property type, bedroom count, and location. It uses the formula: (estimated annual rent ÷ purchase price) × 100. These are estimates — always verify with local letting agents before making investment decisions.

What areas does BTLDeals cover?
